Expressive Arts

Whether through writing, dance, music, or art, we believe that part of the healing process is being able to share your story and express yourself in creative ways, that you may discover insights into yourself to foster healing and peace of mind. No talent or prior experience is needed to attend any of our Expressive Arts classes. The purpose is not to create perfect pieces of work (whether it’s in the form of paint, writing, or movement), but to learn about yourself and experience various ways to release and process stored emotions.
