Dance therapy

Dance/moving to music is a free form meditative movement practice that helps us to develop our ability to be embodied and our capacity to be present and conscious of our inner being and everything around us. It’s a way to move out the old and bring in the new. It’s a way to express yourself and process stagnant emotions without having to use words.

No prior dance experience nor dance abilities necessary to participate in any of these offerings.
