- Cruciferous Vegetables: Kale, Chard, Collard Greens, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Brussels Sprouts, Arugula, Turnip, Radishes, Cabbage, Bok Choy, Watercress, Kohlrabi, and others
- Carotenoids: Fruits and Vegetables with bright-colored yellow, orange, red, or green

Goats are available too. Grass-fed products are superior to grain-fed for its nutritional value and taste. Grass-fed meat is higher in Omega-3 fatty acids and in cancer-fighting conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) than grain-fed (commercial raised) meat. Flying Farm is the only USDA-certified producer of grass-fed lamb in the Sierra foothills. Animals raised on their farm are raised the way nature intended and are treated humanely.
