Learning differences with consistent choices for cancer fighting foods is one of the most proactive self-care actions for you to feel better and live longer.

This list comes from massively extensive research shared in Anticancer by David Servan-Schreiber, MD, PhD and Harnessing the Power of Your Diet Against Cancer: Report of Translational Research by Jeanne Wallace, PhD, CNC of Nutritional Solutions.

  • Cruciferous Vegetables: Kale, Chard, Collard Greens, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Brussels Sprouts, Arugula, Turnip, Radishes, Cabbage, Bok Choy, Watercress, Kohlrabi, and others
  • Carotenoids: Fruits and Vegetables with bright-colored yellow, orange, red, or green
