See a class that interests you? We would love to have you join us. To signup for a class click on the Class Calendar or call us at the center (916-788-0333). NOTE: Pre-Registration is required for all IN PERSON classes.
Our programs are tailored to meet the needs of people affected by cancer. Classes are offered on a pay-as-you-can basis, ensuring that our programs are accessible to everyone. Whether you are actively in treatment, have recently overcome cancer or supporting for someone dealing with cancer, Wellness Within’s doors are open to support you.
Please review and complete the online Liability & Photo Release Waiver prior to registering for classes. This form only needs to be completed one time.
If you cannot make it to a class you already registered for, please alert us (at 916-788-0333 or by email admin@wellnesswithin.org) that you will not be attending so that we can make room for someone else. Our online system does not allow clients to cancel, so don’t worry about trying to do it yourself!
Please make sure you fill out a registration form before participating in our programs. You can do this by attending an orientation or arriving early to your first class. Ask the instructor or office staff to help you out.
Due to the nature of our clientele, please do not come to class if you are sick. As well, please refrain from wearing perfumes and other synthetic scents when attending classes, in respect to those who are sensitive.
Note that if there are no known sign-ups for class, the class may be cancelled for that day. On the other hand, some classes book full before the day of class. These are both good reasons to register. Please let us know you are coming so we can save you a space.
